We believe that the Kolbe process is a perfect fit for the new team that you are in the process of developing for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the combination of self assessment (Kolbe A) and job responsibilities (Kolbe B) can help you and your team identify an potential stress relating to conative fit, and allow you to address these issues as you see fit.

All of our contracts include 5 hours of consulting services at no charge to the client, which we traditionally use to conduct an initial consult and post session follow up to ensure that we have achieved the desired outcome with our partners.

Based on your team composition and the changes that have recently taken place to bring them together, we see great value in completing a comprehensive assessment 

Kolbe Assessments

Individual Assessment                                                                                                                 40 team members @ $200/ assessment - $8,000+ GST

Each member of your team will complete a Kolbe A assessment, measuring their instinctual skill and strength, as well as a Kolbe B assessment, giving each of them valuable insight into their beliefs of the conative strengths required to perform their current roles as they see them.

The FCC leadership team to complete the Kolbe C assessment on all unique positions within the team, measuring the perceived conative strengths required to be successful within their role.

Team Evaluation for Leaders                                                                                                                                                                                $2,500+ GST

A comprehensive session with team leadership, complete with written report, outlining the strengths of the team by employee. Reports include the individual results for each of the four Kolbe Action Modes, individuals who may be facing strain within their current positions, and individuals who may be in potential conflict with their management team.

The Team Evaluation for Leaders will also provide an overview of the team strengths as a whole, where which modes the team may be striving in, and which modes there may increased resistance. Each report will come complete with concrete solutions; team building tactics and strategies for individual and team development. 

The Affective Team will dedicate time to sit down with you to go through the complete report, as well as the observations that we have gained through our assessment of the team, and provide you with our suggestions and recommendations for how to implement different actions that will help you get the best out of your people, and make them all feel valued and part of the team.

A follow-up to the initial Kolbe Team Success session, Affective Consulting returns to deliver a "deeper dive" of the conative strengths of the brand team as a whole. Using the learnings gained from the Team Evaluations Leadership report and an additional analysis from the Affective Consulting Partners, a series of recommendations and tools can be introduced to the team to better understand how to take their collective strengths and maximize them in a team environment. 

During the session, we will also address staff development and carreer advancement for the team and provide insights based on conative strengths, as well as share key messages such as the 7 F's of life, and individual preperation and self-evaluation practices that we have gained from over 10 years of experience in the career coaching field.

As part of our boutique service model, Affective Consulting partners can act as a full service resource to you as you continue to grow and develop your team. 

Each quarter, we will be available to you as a leader through regular check-ins to coach and guide you as you develop your team. This includes working with you to develop solutions to any issues that may arise throughout the course of the contract, and help create processes that further integrate the conative strengths of your team within your department. 

Affective Consultants can also attend or develop a 1 hour team building session per quarter to be used during quarterly employee meetings that will continue to reinforce the learnings and employee understanding of their individual and team strengths, and how they can leverage them to create a dynamic team culture and work environment. 


Option 2                                                        Investment: $15,300+ GST, or $382.50/ employee

A scaled-down version of the above option includes all of the necessary team building and development assessments and sessions, but removes the ongoing consulting services from the equation.
