As a small Saskatchewan business,  those farm values have taken you far- growing from a team of three to one that now boasts thirty, a majority control over your domestic market share, and your sights set on making your technology the solution of choice for the global market. Your growth has been fast, and so has your success. It's been an amazing ride, and there is so much track left out there to ride! 

What you told us. 

From what you've told us, the success that you have enjoyed has now put you at a bit of a crossroads. The work that was necessary to initially grow your organization from a people perspective has gone from a "sometimes" thing to an everyday occurrence. With over 30 staff to manage and develop, and plans for greater expansion, you are starting to see a "split" occur between maintaining your small family-business feel and the need for organizational structure. There is a need for clearly defined mission vision and values statements that guide your people,  policies and maybe even leadership development to ensure that your company culture stays connected to those farm values that made you a success in the beginning. 

On top of that, you may also need some support in centralizing and operating the day to day part of your HR practice. So far, you've been keeping up with your HR needs with your existing office staff taking on duties off the side of their desks, but this may not be sustainable in the long run.

All of our contracts include 5 hours of consulting services at no charge to the client, which we traditionally use to conduct an initial consult and post session follow up to ensure that we have achieved the desired outcome with our partners.

This offering combines a People Plan Evaluation as well as a facilitated Kolbe team building exercise that brings your team closer together, and also allows us to better understand your team from the inside out. The combination of these two activities gives us the ability to interact with your team in their natural work environment and gain a greater understanding of the corporate culture in a non-threatening way, while also providing your team with a development opportunity. 

Here's the two offerings:

Kevan, Cory and Scott will work with you and your team responsible for Intragrain's people processes and practices to complete a deep dive into what practices and policies exist within the organization and gain a better understanding of the resource burn currently dedicated to achieving it. 

Between the three of us, we will review your big picture strategies, your programs and activities and the systems that are supporting them to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist for the current state as well as in the future. From soup to nuts, we'll cover all the bases and gain a greater understanding of what you have, and what you need. 

Upon the completion of our evaluation, we will hand deliver a written report outlining our findings and what we feel may be the best approach to move Intragrain forward for the future. We will also include how we may be able to help get you there through our Free Agent offering.

Each member of your team will complete a Kolbe A assessment, measuring their instinctual skill and strength, giving each of them valuable insight into their beliefs of the conative strengths required to perform their current roles as they see them.

We've stripped down the proposal to keep things a little more basic. 

We'll focus purely on the identification of your current people practices, working with key Intragrain staff who have an accountability for day to day activities, and reviewing all internal policies and programs as well. This process will give us the understanding that we need to develop a detailed evaluation and possible strategy for the way forward. 

As in Option 1, we will hand deliver a written proposal outlining our findings as well as identify any opportunities that we may be able to help you and your team with moving ahead. 

Option 3:                                                   The Uber                                               A la Carte Services

Not quite sure you want to make a commitment? That's cool. For now we'll just keep things strictly plutonic. 

We take great pride in building solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As such, we are also able to work with you to develop a unique package of services that you may feel may better suit your needs and budget than what we have provided above.
