We are pleased to offer you several options for you to consider as a solution to your team's needs. We understand that budgetary restraints can also play a significant part in employee and team development planning, so we have developed a few different options for you to evaluate. 

All of our contracts include 5 hours of consulting services at no charge to the client, which we traditionally use to conduct an initial consult and post session follow up to ensure that we have achieved the desired outcome with our partners. 


Option 1                                              The Cadillac Escalade                Investment: $15,500+GST

This offering combines a People Plan Evaluation as well as the opportunity to work with your executive team to develop a strategic plan and create an up-to-date employee policy manual, job descriptions and compensation and bonus structure plan tied directly to the overall outcomes of the strategic plan.

PEOPLE PLAN EVALUATION                                                                                                                                              

Kevan, Cory and Scott will work with you and your team responsible for Wascana Property Management's  people processes and practices to complete a deep dive into what practices and policies exist within the organization and gain a better understanding of the resource burn currently dedicated to achieving it. 

Between the three of us, we will review your big picture strategies, your programs and activities and the systems that are supporting them to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist for the current state as well as in the future. From soup to nuts, we'll cover all the bases and gain a greater understanding of what you have, and what you need. 

Upon the completion of our evaluation, we will hand deliver a written report outlining our findings and what we feel may be the best approach to move Wascana Property Management forward for the future. We will also include how we may be able to help get you there through our Free Agent offering.

Kevan, Cory and Scott will work with you and your team to design and create a 3 - 5 year strategic people plan for Wascana Property Management that aligns your human resources goals with your operational ones. The plan will outline the desired end state for the next three to 5 years and sets out strategic goals that build upon each other in clear and measurable ways to evaluate success and assign accountability within your team, so you have a clear understanding  of who is doing what, how they are doing and how it rolls up to the bigger picture. 

Kevan, Scott and Cory can work with you to measure the success on a quarterly basis and provide tips and tools that can help you manage and assess the overall success of plan implementation and ensure that corrections are made in a timely fashion before things fall off the rails.

Together with the Wascana Property Management ownership, Cory, Scott and Kevan will work to create a comprehensive and up-to-date employee standards manual for use with the current and future employees of Wascana Property Management that ensures awareness of key policies and practices expected of the organization's employees. 

Along with this manual, which can be made available to employees in paper or online if Wascana Property Management wishes, we will work with Wascana Property Management to develop current job descriptions for each employee. 


Option 2:                                                The Camaro                              Investment: $10,500 +GST

Built for speed, this proposal gets to the heart of the matter. And you can wear those super cool driving gloves when you drive it too. 

We'll get on the road and get you moving quickly with this process, that includes the initial evaluation of current practices and people processes, and then work with your leadership team to set up the direction for the next year through a strategic planning process that evaluates where you are today, where you want to be, and how you can get there. 

We'll spend time looking into what you might be missing in terms of people practices and some solutions for any possible shortfalls, as well as recommendations for how to build momentum within your staff through customer service metrics and performance pay strategies. 

This isn't the smooth, go anywhere ride that the Escalade is, but it will get you on the road and moving quickly towards success. 

Option 3:                                                  The Toyota Corolla                  Investment: $5,500+ GST

We've stripped down the proposal to keep things a little more basic. 

We'll focus purely on the identification of your current people practices, working with key staff who have an accountability for day to day activities, and reviewing all internal policies and programs as well. This process will give us the understanding that we need to develop a detailed evaluation and possible strategy for the way forward. 

As in Option 1, we will hand deliver a written proposal outlining our findings as well as identify any opportunities that we may be able to help you and your team with moving ahead. 

Option 4:                                                   The Uber                                               A la Carte Services

Not quite sure you want to make a commitment? That's cool. For now we'll just keep things strictly plutonic. 

We take great pride in building solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As such, we are also able to work with you to develop a unique package of services that you may feel may better suit your needs and budget than what we have provided above. 

Listed below is what we traditionally charge for A la Carte service, but we are more than happy to work with you to create a package of offerings that may also be available to you for a reduced rate.
